vehiTerms of Use
This policy describes the current private-test implementation. Developer: Binh Hoang Yen. Final legal review is required before public release.
Scope
Vehi supports learning mathematics in grades 6–12 through recognition, interactive representations and step-by-step explanations. It is currently in private testing and is not yet released on the App Store.
AI limitations
AI can misread, omit assumptions, create incorrect diagrams or make reasoning errors. Automated checks cover only implemented invariants and calculations, not every proof. Vehi does not claim 99.99% accuracy. Verify important results and do not use it to facilitate academic misconduct.
Credit rules
Prices are displayed before an operation. The backend reserves credits and settles when a paid artifact is produced. Technical errors, cancellations and unverified visualizations are refunded. Internal repairs are free. Reopening saved work and interacting with scenes is free. Promotional and purchased credits are tracked separately; abuse controls may restrict promotions.
Apple In-App Purchases
Credits use consumable Apple IAP, with no subscription. Actual prices and currency come from Apple. Purchased credits do not expire. Link Sign in with Apple before buying to protect access across devices. Account deletion can remove credit access; resolve unused balances before deleting if needed.
Refunds
Apple decides purchase refund requests submitted at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunded or revoked transactions remove the corresponding credits. Content error reports are reviewed separately and do not trigger unlimited automatic refunds.
Acceptable use
Submit only content you are authorized to use. Do not submit unnecessary personal data, infringe rights, send malware, exploit the service, create accounts to farm promotional credits, falsify purchases or bypass cost limits.
Minors
Younger users need appropriate parent or guardian guidance and must follow local requirements. Apple purchase and parental approval settings apply where enabled.
Availability and developer details
The service may pause for errors or operational budgets. Reserved credits must be refunded or remain in a valid recoverable state.
